Rafael Soriano was a former college football player and personal trainer. He was in college in Minnesota. During his career in Exatlón Estados Unidos season 2, he was the male member of Team Contendientes who survived the most elimination matches.

After Exatlon, Rafa became a personal crossfit trainer. He made a brief return to the Exatlon circuits last season for the Season Tournament and showed himself to be a transformed athlete, fitter and stronger than ever.

Rafa was one of the most dominant players in the tournament. He will definitely be one of the athletes to watch out for in season 5.
