Monica is a Mexican fitness and nutrition coach.

Her love for sports began when she was 4 years old and she has tried many types: from gymnastics to bootcamp and crossfit.

She was never a professional athlete, but dedicated her life to teach and coach others. She is certified in nutrition and fitness.

She participated in ½ and full marathon runs, stopped because she wanted more muscle mass. She later competed in Bodybuilding Competitions (Bikini Category).

She has 4 brothers, she is the oldest. One of them lives in Dallas Texas.
