Frank Beltre was born in Azua, Dominican Republic, where he had contact with the world of sports since he was a child, specifically with baseball.

His foray into football lasted until he was 11 years old, when he moved to New Jersey. He was so good for the sport that at age 14 he got a sports scholarship to study at Towson University and after graduating he signed with the San Diego Chargers in 2013.

A year later he continued his NFL career with the Oakland Raiders. After he was released by the Raiders, he went to play for the Calgary Stampeders of the CFL, with whom he won a championship.

In 2017 he returned to the NFL with the New York Jets, which made him very excited because he was able to be close to his family. However, he was released once more and returned to the CFL in 2018 to play for the Toronto Argonauts, where he is currently held, although the 2020 season was not played due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
