Brenda Castro is an outstanding crossfit athlete and, among her achievements, she highlights that she was the first Latina woman to qualify for the World Crossfit Games, making her the highest Latin representative of the discipline.

Brenda participated in the first season of "Exatlón Estados Unidos", which she joined as one of the reinforcements of Team Famosos and quickly became one of the most dominant athletes in the competition, to the point that she was one of three best of his team along with Tommy Ramos and Chelly Cantú .

It was precisely Chelly who eliminated her from the competition, but it was not easy at all, because for this she used her three safe conduct medals, without a doubt Brenda was one of the greatest challenges that the winner of the first season had to overcome.
